AGREEMENT 

for placing a $500 deposit on the available now for pick up kitten
 

By placing a deposit I agree:

 

1. The deposit is non-refundable

2. Should the deposited kitten become unavailable due to the act of nature the kitten of like quality will be offered which the buyer can decline and get a full refund

3. The seller can refuse to sell a kitten without giving any explanation with the deposit refunded to the buyer

4. The feeding and care guidelines (the preventative supplements kit + treats that will last forever are about additional $200) are going to be followed if the buyer wants the health guarantee to be in force and the receipts confirmation of purchase will be offered at the seller’s request should this be needed or health guarantee case will happen. The kittens are raw diet + paw tree treats and supplements.

5. The price of the kitten does not include the shipping cost.
   Cargo shipping is available for the kittens age 4 months and up (as it is not safe to do rabies vaccination before that age)
   Personal pick up or personal delivery are the only options for the kittens under 4 months of age.

The buyer should pick up and pay in full for the kitten within 14 calendar days after depositing if depositing  the AVAILABLE NOW KITTTEN(S).

By placing a deposit I agree:

 

1. The deposit is non-refundable

2. Should the deposited kitten become unavailable due to the act of nature the kitten of like quality will be offered which the buyer can decline and get a full refund

3. The seller can refuse to sell a kitten without giving any explanation with the deposit refunded to the buyer

4.The feeding and care guidelines (the preventative supplements kit + treats that will last forever are about additional $200) are going to be followed if the buyer wants the health guarantee to be in force and the receipts confirmation of purchase will be offered at the seller’s request should this be needed or health guarantee case will happen. The kittens are raw diet + paw tree treats and supplements.

5. The price of the kitten does not include the shipping cost.
Cargo shipping is available for the kittens age 4 months and up (as it is not safe to do rabies vaccination before that age)
Personal pick up or personal delivery are the only options for the kittens under 4 months of age.

6.  The kitten will go home when READY the earliest is 2 weeks after the last needed veterinary procedures (deworming vaccination etc) which is normally 14 weeks and 4 months  if the kitten needs to be cargo shipped 

7. The buyer should pick up and pay in full for the kitten within 1-10 calendar days of the given available for pick up date by the breeder.

AGREEMENT for placing a $500 deposit to be added to the waiting list

 

         

By placing a deposit I agree:

 

1. The deposit is non-refundable to be added to the reservation waiting list

2. The seller can refuse to sell a kitten without giving any explanation with the deposit refunded to the buyer

3. The cattery will contact for specific kitten reservation around  10-12 weeks of kitten's age. You will have 3 days to respond and confirm kitten reservation before we move on to next person in the waiting list. 
4.The feeding and care guidelines are going to be followed while the health guarantee is in force and the receipts confirmation of purchase will be offered at the seller’s request should this be needed or health guarantee  for the kitten will be removed.
The kittens are raw diet + paw tree kibbles and wet food and cannot eat dry only.
(expect $200 expenses for the initial suplements (will last forever)+food kit)

5. The price of the kitten does not include the shipping cost.
